Do you know How many Miles does your produce travel? ...University of California studies show that vegetables can lose 15 to 55 percent of vitamin C, for instance, within a week. Do you spend tons of money in extra in vitamins ? Then medical bills For sicknesses due to lack of good nutrition. Google is your friend and organic is the new Normal.

The girls at Petaloom have one of the most dreamy flower fields in Maui + they also grow yay! , usually at @upcountryfarmersmarket on the weekends. If you feel like connecting with your source of energy they also accept volunteers from our community . I’ve been loving so much getting to know more people who loves and treasures this island so much and honored to work on the land. I love my farmers . Everybody has an special gift.

The nominated This week was Lupe Franco an amaZing Hanai mom for everyone who meets her ! She has also been cooking yummy meals for our kids at the Local schools for years currently at Baldwin. This blessing was an extra surprise and cherry to her day since she just shared she received amazing family news! The blessing keep coming if you trust your heart. Lupe’s face when she saw her basket was so beautiful to watch .
